Introducing our straightforward project process timeline, providing you with a route map for all our projects. We adhere to these guidelines to ensure a systematic and effective approach to our work.

Estimation & Project Evaluation

We’ll start with an initial meeting to thoroughly explore the project’s specifics, including details, ideas, scope of work, timeframes, and budget considerations. Following this, we’ll conduct measurements, assess the site, and provide you with an initial ballpark estimate for your review. Upon your approval and the formal sign-off on the project, we’ll seamlessly move on to the next phase.

Design & Procurement

A more precise and detailed design will be developed, followed by the orderly procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and tools to the job site. Levels, measurements, sprinkler flags, and marks will then be established in preparation for the project commencement.

Construction

In this phase, the entire project is developed in accordance with the construction guide and scope of work. It is during this stage that all ideas and visualizations come to life, with close collaboration with the owner.

Closeout

Closeout: The final phase involves a concluding meeting and a walkthrough with the owner. Once all tasks are completed, the project area is thoroughly cleaned, and any remaining materials are removed.
